By accessing or using Stackshorizon ("we," "us," or "our") website, marketplace, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

The Services may allow you to browse, purchase, or download digital products such as templates, code, design assets, and related materials ("Products"). Unless stated otherwise at point of sale, licenses are granted only as described on the applicable product page or license terms provided with the Product.

You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense Products except as expressly permitted by the applicable license. Sellers are responsible for their listings; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any Product.

Prices and payment methods are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply based on your location. Refund eligibility depends on the product type and any seller or platform policy displayed at purchase. For refund questions, contact us through our contact page.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users, or sellers;
• Use the Services to distribute malware, spam, or misleading content;
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Services in a way that overloads or harms them;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

The Stackshorizon name, logo, and branding, and the compilation and design of the Services, are owned by us or our licensors. Product-specific intellectual property remains with the respective sellers or licensors, subject to your license.

THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STACKSHORIZON AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), IF NO SUCH PAYMENT APPLIES.

You will indemnify and hold harmless Stackshorizon and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or harms other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the Services at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory arbitration or consumer rules required by law.
